Luminarix Academy — Introduction to AI as a Resource
A complete ten-year curriculum teaching students Grades 3 through 12 to think critically with artificial intelligence — not just use it. The only Grades 3–12 program that develops judgment alongside capability.
“What is your school doing to prepare my child for a world run by artificial intelligence?”
Luminarix Academy is the only complete,
structured Grades 3–12 answer to that question.
The Foundation
The most important skill of the AI era is not the ability to use AI tools. It is the judgment to direct them responsibly, evaluate their outputs critically, and think in ways that machines cannot replicate.
Every Luminarix student works within the same four-step framework from Grade 3 through Grade 12 — building progressively more sophisticated competency across every subject, every year.
Competency Domains
Every unit develops one or more of six competency domains — the cognitive skills most resilient to automation and most valued by universities and employers.
Grade Bands
Each band has a distinct student role and a progressively higher level of independence, accountability, and real-world deployment.
Scope & Sequence
Every grade builds directly on the previous year. Skills introduced early are practiced with increasing sophistication through Grade 12.

Why This Matters
Every company is going to be an AI company in the same way that every company became an internet company. Students graduating in ten years who don’t understand AI will be as disadvantaged as those who couldn’t use a computer in 2000.
The most important skill of the 21st century is learning how to work alongside artificial intelligence — not competing with it, but directing it with judgment and purpose.
AI literacy is the new foundational literacy. Just as we would not graduate a student who could not read, we should not graduate a student who cannot think critically about and with artificial intelligence.
The graduates who will lead in the AI era are not the ones who know the most about AI. They are the ones who learned to think well alongside it — to maintain their own judgment while leveraging its power.
For Parents
Luminarix does not replace teachers or subjects. It gives every student a structured, documented relationship with AI — one that develops over ten years alongside their academic work.
For Teachers
No AI background required. The Teacher Guide provides complete lesson plans, discussion prompts, answer frameworks, and assessment rubrics for every unit across all grades.
